End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Supaplan mobile application.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to this EULA.
1. License Grant
Supaplan grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional scheduling.
2. App Permissions
Supaplan may request access to:
- Calendar
- Contacts
- Notifications
- Location (optional)
All permissions are optional and can be managed in your device settings.
3. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time directly inside the app. Deletion will revoke access and initiate data removal as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. No Warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supaplan shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA or uninstall the app.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Switzerland, Canton of Zug.
