These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Supaplan mobile application and related services.
By using Supaplan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Supaplan.
2. License
Supaplan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal or professional scheduling purposes.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play
- Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective app store policies
- Supaplan does not control payment processing
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Supaplan for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
5. AI and Scheduling Disclaimer
Supaplan may provide automated suggestions or recommendations. You remain fully responsible for reviewing and confirming any action.
Supaplan does not guarantee availability, attendance, or outcomes of scheduled events.
6. Intellectual Property
All Supaplan software, content, trademarks, and branding remain the exclusive property of Supaplan.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time inside the app. Supaplan may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supaplan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, Canton of Zug, excluding conflict of law rules.
