Supaplan App

You spend hours every week just scheduling meetings.

That's time you'll never get back.

You walk into calls not remembering who you're meeting — or what you discussed last time.

One message to Supaplan replaces what used to take 20 emails.

No back-and-forth. No missed context. No mental overhead.

We built an AI that thinks about your time — so you don't have to.

Every problem with your calendar — solved.

Every calendar task handled for you — zero mental load.
Personal assistant

Every calendar task handled for you — zero mental load.

Reschedule a call, block focus time, send an invite, cancel lunch — just tell Supaplan. Got a photo of a flyer, invite, or screenshot? Send it and Supaplan adds the event for you. It runs your calendar the way a great PA would: instantly, accurately, without you ever having to think about it.

Your whole day on one screen — clear, ordered, nothing missed.
Smart agenda

Your whole day on one screen — clear, ordered, nothing missed.

Stop scrolling a fragmented grid trying to piece together your day. Supaplan shows every meeting, gap, and commitment in a clean timeline — so you always know what's next, how much free time you actually have, and where your energy is going. Your morning starts with clarity instead of confusion.

Walk into every meeting prepared. Walk out with clear next steps.
Organized schedule

Walk into every meeting prepared. Walk out with clear next steps.

Before every meeting, your notes, last discussion, and agenda are right there — no hunting. During the meeting, jot down what matters. After it ends, action items are attached directly to the event, not buried in a doc you'll never find again. Every meeting leaves a clean trail.

One link, one click — meetings booked without a single email.
Scheduling links

One link, one click — meetings booked without a single email.

Share your scheduling link and let people pick a time that actually fits — no timezone confusion, no endless back-and-forth, no calendar invites bouncing around. You set your availability once, they book a slot, and both calendars update instantly. What used to take ten emails now takes ten seconds.

Stay on top of every change — updates reach you automatically.
Smart inbox

Stay on top of every change — updates reach you automatically.

Meetings get rescheduled, cancelled, and added all the time — often while you're already on another call. Instead of digging through your inbox to piece together what changed and when, Supaplan surfaces every update the moment it happens. You're always in the loop without ever opening your email.

Every contact remembered — name, context, and what you discussed.
Contact intelligence

Every contact remembered — name, context, and what you discussed.

Before every call, Supaplan shows you who you're meeting, the last thing you talked about, notes from past interactions, and anything still unresolved. You walk in knowing their context and what matters to them — not scrambling 30 seconds before to remember where you left off.

Your guests join in seconds — no account, no app, no confusion.
RSVP for events

Your guests join in seconds — no account, no app, no confusion.

Create an event and share one link — anyone can RSVP with just their name and email. No account to create, no app to download, no calendar invite to wrestle with. You get a live list of who's coming, all in one place. Simple for you, completely frictionless for them.

Find a time that works for everyone.
Group Polls

Find a time that works for everyone.

Create a group poll and let everyone vote on the dates that work for them. Supaplan collects all the responses and books the winning time — no email threads, no back-and-forth.

That's what our users say...

I schedule meetings on my commute just by talking. By the time I get to my desk, everything is already in my calendar.

Ethan Carter
Senior Vice President Services

Before every 1:1 I see what we talked about last time and what's still open. I stopped walking into meetings unprepared.

Emily Carter
Senior Vice President Software Engineering

Clients book through my link, I show up knowing their history. Best sales quarter I've had.

Liam Thompson
Vice President Worldwide Sales

Probably saving 3–4 hours a week just on scheduling. That adds up fast.

Alexia Martinez
Chief Operating Officer

Switched from Calendly. Everything stays in one place now and the team actually uses it.

Amelia Johnson
Head of Product

I attach action items straight to the meeting. Before the next standup I see exactly what we decided. No more digging through Slack.

Candice Williams
Director of Engineering

I just type "move my 3pm to Thursday" and it's done. That used to take 10 messages back and forth.

Charlotte Brown
VP of Marketing

Ditched Calendly six months ago. My calendar, notes, and contacts are all in one place. Way less tab switching.

Christina Davis
Global Sales Director

Quick briefing before each call — name, history, what we need to cover. 30 seconds to read, saves me from winging it.

Diana Miller
Chief Technology Officer

12 programs, 12 sets of stakeholders. The notes attached to each meeting are the only reason I stay on top of it all.

Ella Wilson
Program Director

Ella Wilson

I'm on site most of the day. Being able to just say what I need instead of typing it — that alone makes it worth it.

Henry Anderson
Senior Director Operations

I see the last conversation, open issues, their tone — before I even dial. Customers notice when you actually remember things.

Isabella Taylor
VP of Customer Success

Before interviews I pull up my notes from the phone screen. Much easier to stay present instead of trying to remember everything.

Jane Moore
Head of People Operations

Business meetings, personal stuff, family commitments — first time everything lives in one view and I actually feel on top of it.

John Jackson
Family Office

Five kids. I share availability for school events, set reminders, and haven't missed a single game since I started using it.

Joseph White
Father of 5 Kids

Send a link, they pick a time, it lands in my calendar with their info. The "when works for you?" thread is gone.

Michael Harris
VP of Business Development

I added soccer practice while making dinner just by saying it out loud. My family thinks I'm incredibly organized now.

Mila Thompson
Mother of 3

Finally a calendar that doesn't feel like a spreadsheet. Having notes right there in the meeting view is a bigger deal than it sounds.

Olivia Garcia
Head of Design

Family calendars, client meetings, personal stuff — all in one view. I used to run three apps for this.

Victoria Lee
Family Office Manager

Cut Calendly. Scheduling emails dropped noticeably in the first month. Simple math.

Chief Financial Officer

Frequently asked questions

What is Supaplan?
Supaplan is an AI-powered personal calendar companion for executives, frequent travelers, and digital nomads. Its AI assistant actively manages your schedule — rescheduling meetings, booking appointments, and surfacing meeting context — via natural language through the app or Telegram.
Is Supaplan free?
Yes. Supaplan has a free plan available on iOS and Android with no credit card required. The Pro plan is $9.99 per month and includes full AI agent access, contact intelligence, private meeting notes, smart inbox, and all scheduling link configurations.
How is Supaplan different from Google Calendar?
Google Calendar stores and displays events. Supaplan's AI actively manages them — rescheduling, booking, summarizing, noting — and adds contact intelligence and private meeting notes. Scheduling links also require a paid Google Workspace subscription; Supaplan offers them on the free plan.
Which calendar providers does Supaplan support?
Supaplan currently supports Google Calendar (personal and Google Workspace). Microsoft Outlook and Exchange support is on the roadmap. Apple Calendar is not supported — Apple does not provide a reliable, real-time API for third-party apps to sync calendars, which makes the kind of instant, always-accurate scheduling Supaplan requires impossible. You can sign in with your Apple ID, but you will need to connect a Google calendar to use the calendar features.
Can I sign in with Apple?
Yes. You can sign in with Apple ID, Google, or email. Note that signing in with Apple only creates your Supaplan account — it does not connect Apple Calendar. To use Supaplan's scheduling and AI features, you will need to connect a Google Calendar account after signing in.
Is my calendar data used to train AI?
No. Supaplan never uses your calendar data, meeting notes, contacts, or any personal information to train AI models. This is an unconditional commitment — not opt-in, not opt-out.
Where is my data hosted?
Supaplan is hosted in Switzerland. Your data never leaves European soil. Supaplan is fully GDPR compliant.
Why does Supaplan need access to my calendar?
Calendar access is the core of what Supaplan does. Without it, the AI cannot read your schedule to suggest times, detect conflicts, reschedule meetings, or take notes linked to events. Supaplan requests the minimum scope needed — read and write access to the calendars you explicitly connect. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
Why does Supaplan ask for access to my contacts?
Contact access powers the Contact Intelligence feature — knowing who you're meeting, how often, notes from past calls, and relevant context before each event. Supaplan only reads contacts; it never modifies or exports them. If you prefer not to grant contact access, Supaplan still works fully for scheduling and calendar management.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. All your data — calendar tokens, notes, contacts, and account information — is permanently deleted within 24 hours. Supaplan does not retain backups of personal data after deletion.
Does Supaplan work offline?
Supaplan requires an internet connection to sync your calendar and run the AI assistant. Your agenda is cached locally on the app so you can view upcoming events without connectivity, but creating, editing, or rescheduling events requires a connection.
What languages does the AI assistant support?
The AI assistant understands and responds in most major languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and more. The app interface is available in English, Spanish, French, and German. You can switch language in your profile settings.
